Restoration Project

Hi All:

New forum member here, I am interested in restoring my 5513 MF back to it's original configuration.

I have searched the net, but am skeptical of original claims.

Hoping to validate if these parts still exist as used/OEM or are most after market parts?
T19 superdome
24 700 and 24 7000 tube and crown

Hello good luck in your future restoration project. Found a web site that specialises in vintage Rolex parts.

As expected they aren't cheep here is a selection of there prices,

T19 tropic 175 euros. 24-700-0 crown 320 euros. tube 24-700 230 euros.

yes these are still available, just be cautious and as with any vintage item, choose the seller wisely. There are plenty of sellers on VRF selling these parts...again do your homework on the seller.

BTW- the shop mentioned above has had questionable sales in the past. I would do some research before buying from them or anyone. I personally don't have any experience with them, but I've seen many troubling posts regarding their items. YMMV

bottom line, legit parts are easily available...just do your homework.
