·Looks like decent polerouter, but hard to say from one bad pic. The reference should be on the caseback and that should enable you to research if it looks all original and approx value.

·Under 800 USD you will fine. I believe the great condition ones go for about 1000 to 1500. In the current condition it does not worth more than 800.
