Does anyone here know, or will hazard a guess, on whether or not a relume on a 1957 reissue Railmaster would void the warranty? I really like the watch, but really dislike the faux-patina orange lume. A few threads on here recently indicated that a relume is 'only' around $200, so it might be worth reluming to white, if the warranty would still be valid.

Warranty is voided as soon as it’s opened by a third party member.

Well that's really close to an irreversible action on the dial, so, I don't get how that would still count under warranty.

I know the dial would not be under warranty; I was hoping the movement still would be.

PLEASE post photos if you do relume.
    I'd love to see this.
