Refinished Dial? Vintage Omega Redial Opinions Wanted

It is not common to see refinished Speedmaster dials. The photo is not clear enough to see some detail, but it's almost certainly original.

Hi everyone,
I’m still fairly new to this and would like to know whether this dial is still in its original condition or if it has been refinished.
Unfortunately, I don’t currently have a better photo of the dial.
The watch’s reference number starts with 37, which would mean that the watch was manufactured in 1978.

Not sure a reference number starting with 37 would have any association to one made in 1978 or in general. Do you have any more clarity on what the reference it is claimed to be? one starting with "3" that would make sense is the 3570.50 as it still had The reference number is 145.022, and the serial number of the movement starts with 37.

EDIT im guessing you are referring to the serial number range and this being a late 145.022.
