I've got my copy a few years ago directly from Biel. I've contacted them from the official homepage and the've answered me, a copy (mine is in German) is 200 CHF. While this time, the cheapest in the net were at around 400 U$. Worked fine!

 

I emailed the Boutique today and eventually spoke with Natasha (who mentioned a nice conversation with @BlackTalon yesterday). She had a copy available for me to purchase, and it should be on its way to me in Boston shortly! Thanks for the lead.

I also wanted to thank @DLT222 who reached out to me as well with an offer. Such a great community here.

Worth the trip. Natasha was very nice to work with. As I indicated in my earlier post, the book is $400 but the visit can easily exceed that amount by a bit...

I just ordered this book from Doria, I didn t know they only had one copy left and I hadn't read this thread before I had ordered it, so I feel quite lucky to have picked it up.

 

Good for you, I got my copy yesterday.......that AJTT is some weighty reading.....
