For sale today is a nice beefy lugs Seamaster with special ‘ribbon dial’ from 1963, detail descriptions as follow:
Brand: Omega, Model: Seamaster, Reference numbers: 166.009, Calibre: 562.
,and:
- Dial: Original and special ‘ribbon dial’ combine very well with glossy hour markers, in fairly good condition, all words are clearly visible. Correct set of Dauphine hands but slightly rusted.
- Case: facets are clearly visible, although might have been polished in the past (slightly)
- Movement: powered by Omega cal. 562, freshly serviced in early Septembert 2023, keeping excelent time and winding smoothly. Serial number in 20mils range, dated the watch to 1963.
- Crown: Original Omega crown and correct for the reference.
- Plexie: New aftermarket plexieglass.
- Aftermarket straps and buckle.
