    Hi all,
I've really fallen for some of the old bumpers with railroad track minute markers, like these:
What are the 'tell-tale' signs of redials?
For example, XJ50 XJR said that this is a redial http://www.ebay.com/itm/221124199121?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 but I don't know how he has identified it.

    Thanks all

Just take note of the script of the font and thickness for the wording on the dial. Also, several of the watches posted suffer from polished cases. The case should not be polished. For all of those, I like this best http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/16087990...WAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649#ht_3134wt_91Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network.

I also like this one, but it is ending soon. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/VINTAGE-...ristwatches&hash=item4abbe54e1c#ht_500wt_1414Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network. The dial looks okay, but the photo is at a bad angle. If you could get it under $300 that would be a great price.

33mm is a bit too small. I have a few 33mm bumpers and they spend most of their time in the box.

Oh, stop with the pooh-pooh attitude! :p I like 33 mm bumpers. They have character.

    :p

It is weird having wrists that are half the circumference of your forearm. :(

You could always switch to wear wrist gauntlets, cheaper than watches :D
