Noob question, I'm looking at some vintage seamaster devilles and notice some have swiss on the dial and some don't. Are the ones w/o swiss on the dial radialed watches?

If so, is there a law that says you cant put swiss on dial that's been altered?

    Thanks

    Short answer - it depends....
My advice would be to post pictures of dials in question for input.

Most redialers usually don't put SWISS or SWISS MADE on the dial because it's tough to print on the convex curve at the edge of the dial.
