It's funny, I did not see one of these for years, and this last month I found two, plus I bought the Winton featured here.

From the styling, I'd say postwar.

Glad someone resurrected this thread - as it gives me a chance to share a very unique watch IMHO, a minuscule clamshell which looked incredibly sharp when I got it. All despite being from the 1940s. I can’t remember if all those pics are from when I first got it or if the inside pics were taken when I had it serviced. So I can’t tell if it was unused when I first got it, although it was my recollection despite the scratches I’m now noticing which are really not visible to the naked eye.
