Look at all the black dial watches they have listed. The few that aren't black are white. Guess nobody told them there are a whole rainbow of colors available.

 

Very nice A386. I would take a stab if I were in the market for one. Might go near the asking price. Bracelet might come up short, though.

I'm newly in the market for a A386, and although this is a great example the price seems a little high to me. I wondering if those with more knowledge of the A386 can weigh in on price expectations. I would love to know what I should be expecting to pay for a decent example.

 

I'd be making a poke instead of a stab at that price. At least they have better pictures this go around.

 

if ebay can be trusted, somewhere between USD$6,900 with a service dial and no bracelet to USD$10,000 for original with bracelet and box. I think this one is nicer than both but that's just my opinion.

I made my offer sans the bracelet and strap. I've been looking at these for a while now and this one is the best I've seen so far...

 

If you consider the significance of the watch, the limited numbers available, and the fact that it is just a plain good looking watch that is wearable today, I don't think it ever made much sense that they'd sell for half the price of a 1133 Monaco or a Siffert Autavia.

 

For a rare watch, plenty of specimens are popping up for sale.
