Glad I'm not alone, it must be a condition. I seem to enjoy punishing myself by still going back and looking at it.

That's the best part, you can mock yourself till the listing gets deleted from eBay. I'm currently looking at a full size Droz super compressor that went for 450€ i didn't bin cause the shipping of 40€ didn't seem "Fair"... Can't wait till i do that again 🤦

I think we all do it. The other day I agreed a price for an item with the seller but clearly someone gave him a better offer after we settled he cancelled the sell and relisted as an auction.. I ended up winning, but paid £200 more than our “agreed price” and £50 more than the Buy It now was set originally oh well at least it’s coming my way still..

I know there are many Hamilton fans here so I figured someone might be interested in this one.

PS
I have to say I doubt that is the correct box for this watch. I don't see any diamonds and the watch looks to be white metal not white gold and certainly not yellow gold..

And to those who ask why would members share good deals instead of buying them- to use the above Certina as an example- I have 2 Seamaster’s like that watch (that I barely wear) , sold two Gruens that looked like that, and have another Certina in the same form factor with two-tone dial that I don’t wear. If I had none of the above, I would buy it...then not wear it and pass it along. As collectors refine their collections, we become more disciplined and discriminating. But that doesn’t mean we still don’t look and recognize a nice watch at a fair price.

^ Think that was an oversight on his part, happened to me with my first Tank purchase 25x20mm worst hit I've ever taken on a watch. Suits me right for not reading every single letter in the description.

How's this for a stunning little (seller doesn't mention size but I would guess is probably around 33mm but worth checking if you're interested) Accutron.

£151 plus post I think it's a brilliant buy(no way I'd be able to get away with it myself right now), especially as it's supposedly serviced in April. Of course you can never be sure that's true but it does look exceptionally clean.

Nice classic Certina, looks to be all original including lume. Pics are crap but a new crystal (crazing) and this could be a gem.

I messaged the seller to ask the case size. He responded to tell me that he revised the price because of a similar listing that was much higher...for $1200 🙄

I should have just clicked BIN! Although he may have canceled the sale anyway. Thanks for posting this though! As a newbie to the vintage world I appreciate what you guys are doing!

Scum sucker- his price was right on and actually an offer of $180 would have been appropriate. He’ll be sitting on that thing for a long time.

I own the black and silver Futura (same cushion case) these are awesome watches and Mido of this period is on par with the big boys.
Is this a Spillman case or just influenced by Spillman designs?

At 25mm including crown that must be tiny😲

Would look nice on a slim ladies wrist though.
It's about the size of a US quarter, and would wear a bit bigger given the case shape. A good casual watch for any woman, IMO.

Honestly, I don't consider anything above 20mm to be "tiny"

Also, note my handle 😎
