lower end skin diver $52eu or best offer looks like a cheap, wonky, crown/stem..seller seems to go out of his way to not show it. still,..what do u want for $50..at least it's not mid sized. https://www.ebay.de/itm/254708437977Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
So I honestly don't know if this is a good deal or not - but it sure looks like something that Genta would have had a hand in designing: $185 plus shipping from Egypt https://www.ebay.com/itm/VENUS-DIVE...092584?hash=item2aeafd4268:g:H3wAAOSwsxNe6U0UPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
It is definitely both of those things. I'd say it's good value, it's just more than I spend on a whim. Not one you are going to see on someone else's wrist any time soon though I'm pretty sure
SS Technos Goldshield. Lovely silver sunburst dial with gold hardware and hands- I love this combo. The lume is all there and it has the red tipped second hand. These Technos are very underrated (the Skin Divers get all the love), and truly fly under the radar. This one also has the shield back which is a nice touch. https://www.ebay.com/itm/184432923812Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
I agree, for some reason I thought it was in the sub $100 range. I am trying to grow the watch kitty for bigger fish, so you won't see it on my wrist.
Thanks for posting this one @Professor ! They accepted a $40 offer and it just arrived tonight. Another crappy picture, but the sun is nowhere to be found...will snag a better shot tomorrow. Cheers!
Wow half wishing I'd made an offer. Glad you got it and glad it turned out to be such a great looking dial.

Thought I'd share my spoils here since this thread got me hooked Great little Bulova from 1956 that I picked up a couple weeks back. Runs well but will need a bath eventually. Any tips on getting these rusty spring bars off?
i always get great satisfaction using a pair of pliers, like a boss. however, i don't own any tin lizzy watch cases that wil bend like a coat hanger.
I have just picked up my package from the PO, 7 days US-UK is pretty good in the current climate No sun today so just a couple of quickly taken snaps indoors, i will get some better shots when the weather improves a little. I can now reveal that i purchased the Wittnauer that @JwRosenthal kindly posted. First impressions are very good, the dial is clean with only a couple of tiny specks between 3 & 5 that are only visible under magnification. Lugs and case are crisp and fairly sharp, it runs well but will be off for a service next week. I dont know enough to comment on the hands & lume pips being a different colour, hopefully someone will clear this up for me. Original ? Overall i am very happy with it and have no buyers remorse, now i need to find an original SS bracelet for it ( rabbit hole here i come ) My thanks again to @JwRosenthal & all the members who make this thread what it is.
