even though the condition is not excellent as described (see the nick on the bezel btw 2&3)

Great looking watch, and the small nick is a blessing in disguise. It's a tool watch and will get dinged up, now you don't have to stress about putting the first mark on the watch. Congrats!

Thanks! I don’t mind the nick at all. What bothers me is when sellers say “excellent condition” or in this case “no marks or scratches on the case or bracelet” when that’s obviously not true.

Understandable for sure.

All stainless vintage diver from @YYTIN nicely priced at 250 Euro. Probably needs a service but a very nice looking watch:

Cute looking all stainless Bulova, reminiscent of a pie-pie Connie with those arrowhead markers. Seller listed as manual winding, but it's definitely an automatic movement.

Arrowhead pie-pan meets Polerouter. I had one like this once upon a time. Small at around 32mm but pops on the wrist. It may have the USA marked automatic as well.

Seller listed 34mm on this one, but given he's stating it's a manual wind— I'd take his claims with a grain of salt

As we know, a “bargain” can be relative. This one, I feel, is an OF bargain alert:

From our own @MtnMarine is a lovely black dialed Explorer II in honest lightly worn condition for what I think is a great price. This one is a transitional piece with the Luminova dial but still has the drilled lugs (very brief transition of a year or two before they went to no holes). I have always looked at these as the GMT’s red-headed step- brother for half the price. I have a GMT, I have a Sub, I never quite saw the need for this one- but it’s a totally unique watch on it own and different from anything else in the Rolex canon. If I had the cash, I would grab this one (anyone want to gift me a belated 50th).

You either love these or hate them- I used to be in the later camp but have really warmed up to them over the years- I think the style has aged well and has come into its own and isn’t directly comparable to its kin.
If you have been wanting a neo-vintage sport Rolex without the dealer premium, you would be hard pressed to do better than this.

Are military reissues for people who like to do battle re-enactments?

I think they have been used in films, but I think more for history/military buffs.
