Just got an unsolicited offer (because I was watching it) for the Milships- I had to remind myself I already own one.

He may even take a counter offer

Classic mid-century 10k gold-filled US-cased bumper automatic from 1953. Looks like a bit of wear on the case at the crown, maybe a bit of radium burn on the dial, but overall it looks like a lightly used watch that spent most of its time in a drawer, given that it is 70 years old. Great starter watch for someone looking to get into vintage.

The best part is the price: $150 from a pawn shop...https://www.ebay.com/itm/175515269944

This is a cutie. Twisted lugs and nice looking dial.

Diamond in the rough here- stainless zodiac Olympus with what appears to be a stunning sunburst dial and bright yellow lume under that scratched crystal. Case looks sharp and should be a stunner once cleaned up and ripped off that nasty bracelet. Asking isn’t bad, has make offer.

Lots of potential here. It would look so sharp on a black strap.

The case shape on those are amazing, and yes, black leather, chestnut suede, whiskey ostrich- you can throw that thing on jute twine and it would look amazing. They just happened to pick the worst bracelet on the planet for that one- totally hides the case shape

OF bargain alert-
From our own @DeepBlue comes a lovely BWC chrono with denim blue dial. I really don’t know why this watch hasn’t sold:
Stainless case- check
Intersting dial- check
Bulletproof Landeron 248- check
Running- check
Buy the seller- check
The only reason I can see for it lingering is the slightly smaller size at 35mm, but notice that it’s all dial without a big diver bezel so will wear like any other dress/sport watch of the period.
Super watch at a great price IMO.

And interesting looking Tissot T12, looks like the little brother to the Super Compressor models with the same dial style. Pictures really suck so I can’t really tell if the dial is perfect, can’t really tell if the case was originally brushed and has been polished or if this one came polished (some models did, some didn’t), can’t tell if he just didn’t screw down the crown for the pics or if it’s stripped and won’t screw down… it’s a gamble on this one.
