Very clean looking Seiko Sportsman Calender. Bracelet looks aftermarket, or maybe just the clasp but seiko bracelets are cheap- this is all about that dial and super sharp case.

Love this back

Sinn 103B acrylic- I own this exact watch (although mine had English date wheel as opposed to German- as they should have). Full kit, shows wear but nicely even on the bezel. I haven’t seen a sub $1.5k 103 in a while, let alone full kit on bracelet- this is a nice value considering they sell for well over $2k now. Don’t know the seller but seems to have tons of feedback.

I've made an offer...who knows if they'll bite, but damn, this hits the budget for the year! And, holy cow...they have a boat load of pages of pieces on offer...not sure if others are a good value, but worth a look for those with an eye like JWR!

My 103 is one of the few modern watches I have left- it’s a lifer for me. People shit on the date window, the balance of the dial- blah, blah- it’s probably one of the longest running production watches that has remained relatively unchanged for its life- and is the very definition of a tool watch. Plus it’s always been a bargain from Sinn. The bracelet is a total boat-anchor though, beautifully made hunk of H-link stainless steel that super comfy but weighs a ton- you need a pigmy pony to walk along side of you to carry the watch. On a strap it’s perfect.

Oh, and probably one of the most readable dials on the fly of any watch I own. The varying fonts, the differences in line weight between sub-dials and indices, the syringe hands- all make if far easier to read than my watch of many stick shapes that went to the moon.

It is April 1st @Syzygy. Just fooling. I wouldn't do you like that. But you better buy this one before someone else does

I paid $1.3k for mine (full kit) 3-4 years ago, this is a nice deal even with the minimal wear- which actually looks good on this watch as it’s meant to be abused.

For all you bargain hunters out there, I just wanted to put in a plug for checking local antique and thrift stores. I just picked up this 1938 Tavannes Tank for less than the cost of a cheap strap. The shop owner said it didn't run, but was wrong. I cautiously gave it a partial wind last night and it ran for over 24 hours and kept time. I'll be sending it off for a service soon.

Trigger pulled. I'd like to thank all the enablers on this thread!

As for the April fools joke...it says I should receive the shipment by April 8th!! LMAO!!

I'll be sure to post a pic once it's on the wrist, and again, thank you!

Congrats- it’s a great watch that I have no fear wearing anywhere. If the bezel wear bothers you (which I think looks cool), I’m sure you could get a new bezel from Sinn.

Hurray for enabling! That's a great looking piece that looks like it could stop a bullet if you ever needed to that. Wear it in good health!
