Hi OF Members,

Looking for someone making nice suede or, preferably, tweed straps in 18mm (for a vintage Omega).

Any recos out there?

Thanks OF!

I cut up my old tweed jacket, but my water based contact cement soaked through the material. Wanted to try 3M spray adhesive. but $20 a can and 3M never got back to me to see if it would work, so no go

Just chiming in about the Vario Tweed straps - while they certainly are an option but the quality is not great and the straps are very stiff feeling.

This is 20mm but she makes them to order in any size you want
That’s great. I’ve been looking for a good non leather option for a gift 👍

That same strap maker has some very nice looking cork straps that I've been eyeing.
