The seller is an ex-NASA employee out of Texas and said this was part of a test group for left-handed astronauts in the Shuttle Program under the Project Alaska IV program. Apparently, about 25% of astronauts are lefties. Does anyone have any information on this?

No NASA serial number which would be correct for this.

Either a very good April Fool's prank (very likely) or the coolest collectible Speedmaster that I've ever seen (much less likely). Personally, I think the former and if I'm correct, well played sir.and much credit to your photo editing skills.

It's an obvious Photoshop because the subdials didn't change position. Rotate the movement 180 degrees and the subdials would have to follow.

But I actually wouldn’t be surprised if 25% of astronauts are left handed. Left handers are disproportionately represented at the top of many professions, endeavors, etc. both good and bad. We think differently.
