Recently inherited pocket watch (need advice)

Hi All, I recently inherited this Omega Pocket Watch, im not 100% sure what i have on my hands and thought you guys could help shed a bit of light on it for me.

Appears to be a small ladies Demi-hunter Omega pocket watch with gold plated case made in England.

Movement serial number dates it circa 1910 but the case made later, so a marriage of pieces.

Case really not made for this mov't/dial combo.
