I think this watch is a redial. I can’t see any lume on the hands or dial - so the T Swiss T is a dead give away.

Nothing wrong with the Constellation... if you look carefully you can see the calendar hand showing that it’s the 43rd of the month.

These Calendar models were designed for those living-in-retirement in mind - when they have no real need or don't care to know what date it is, but have always preferred watches with a simple date complication..
