Actually, the dial looks o.k. to me, but not much I can say about the rest of the watch.

 

What value would you put on a piece like this

 

Vulcains arent a watch that was faked generally because of the alarm complication. This one looks as though its from the late 70s when Vulcain was part of the MSR group. Not sure what kind of movement, but the watch itself is entry level. Seems genuine.
