I just found this Cartier for sale, and it's really beat up but I'm unsure if it's real or a fake. It's priced accordingly.
I checked the movement Cal. 1904-CH and couldn't find anything obvious. Sadly I lack knowledge about Cartier Watches.

    What do you guys think?
    Thanks for your help.

It's difficult to find much enthusaist info about Cartier online -- been trying to educate myself as well -- but at first glance the movement looks fine per WatchBase, and seems to line up with this Tank Chronograph. But man, that's beat up for a watch that's only a few years old.

Yes, I had the same issue. Exactly, that's the Reference:thumbsup:
Still not 100% sure if it's a Real Cartier or a good fake.
I don't know what happend with this watch but what a beating it took.

I was looking at the MC when I was pondering a square dial recently. Nothing stands out as suspicious to me, but I’m no expert. That one looks as if it’s been lying in the road for some time - wonder what the story is there?
The crystal looks intact - maybe NASA should have used sapphire after all
