Mmm another one of these in similar condition sold at Antiquorum on the 10th, and failed to meet its estimates.
Its an interesting point that you make, the observatory looks a bit crude as dos the inside of the caseback. The dial and overall condition is enough reason not to touch it as is
It is another one of Frank's jungle watches. Held together with bat guano and super glue. Honestly people have no idea the harsh environment these watches live in. It is like throwing your watch in the biffy each night and rinsing it off in the morning to wear.
The star hasn't moved, the Constellation script was printed too low. Must have been gravity pulling it down the face of the watch.
Probably they try to use this constellation for space mission, the script got heavily pulled down during rocket launching
