    Hello !
Just got this little lovely Tissot watch with engraved index and "Tissot" with silver hands.
Have someone else seen this dial configuration ?
Regards the movement nr , the watch is from 1940.
It has a strange case and measures 33.5 mm exclude crown if measuring from "9-3"

    Best regards / M

Very nice! Looks like it will clean up nicely with some Polywatch to the crystal.

I know zero about Tissot but the crown seems to contrast quite a bit with the sensuous curves of the case :whistling: wondering if it would have originally come with a bombé-style or similar crown

Looking forward to hearing from the more experienced collectors

It is a common dial configuration, but I believe your watch has been repainted. :(
The case, hands, and movement look correct for that period.

Neat piece. Even if it’s a redial. For what I assume you paid it doesn’t matter.
