    From that picture they look like this one with the bottlecap style crown:

    I'd say 1960 to 1963. Watches have only the "Automatic Chronometer" dials.

    BTW, looks to be more of an advertising brochure than instruction booklet, but who cares.

    It's a nice thing to have, but $35 for postage?
