·Below is a comparison with a Longines that was mentioned in this thread: https://omegaforums.net/threads/longines-rare-15cal-auction-in-hk-but-suspicious.165500/. The dials share a number of similarities. EDIT: I forgot to mention that the Longines, like the Zenith, uses a Valjoux 22GH movement.

Doppelganger indeed. The Sotherbys description is off - this is 37/38mm without crown.

As the very first two pusher chronographs by Zenith these are El primero in an other sense.
