My friend Jason is wanting to part with a very nice rare Speedmaster if anyone is interested. It has a great story to it. http://sweepinghand.co.uk/vintage-watches-for-sale/omega/paul-newman-omega-speedmaster/
Is this a way around the minimum-post-count-before- posting-a-FS thread rule? Not trying to be rude, but just seems strange.
It just seemed like a heads up to people who might be interested to me, I didn't see a price. Pretty nice watch with a nice bit of provenance I think. Cheers Michael
No PR team, just thought it would be of interest. Happy to delete thread if you feel that's the best thing.
I cannot see anything wrong with the thread. I certainly enjoyed seeing the watch, and I am sure others will too who are interested in Omega watches.
I caught it some where else, sounded really cool when I was hearing/reading the story (I cant recall if I was reading it or on tv) and then towards the end they showed to watch. It was anticlimactic when I saw the watch
Really? And Hodinkee just happened along your "friend's" website as well? I am sure that it is just a coincidence.
