No, redial, repaint finish never matches original finish. Clueless to say it would.

You're in fact totally clueless about what tritium is. There's no way in hell you would know if there's ever in fact any amount of tritium on your dial. You don't have to believe me, just try to learn what tritium is and the rules when it's used on watches.

Just because it looks yellow doesn't mean it's patina.

Look at the two pictures of Swiss Made below, nobody in their right mind with a passing interest in vintage watches would say both are from original dials.

What a joke!

It would be hilarious if OP only uses this thread to get his post count to 200 so he can sell his "prototype" dial on the forum 🍿

In your opinion, a redial by Omega?

Why would Omega redial?

And if they did, why would they do it so badly?

Earlier on you referenced the post about "Rolex Prototypes" - most of them are bullshit Italian redials too... no matter what the Rolex mafia say.

When does this insanity end?

If you have legit dials aplenty as you claim, throw this schnide away and fit one.

YOU HAVE A TERRIBLE REDIAL IN THAT WATCH.

Let’s not lose our patience guys. We are making progress. At least he’s open to the ideal of it being a redial now. 😀

I don't understand.

You have a watch, with a schnidey redial fitted.

IT IS NOT A PROTOTYPE.

You say you have genuine spare dials.

Fit one.

Wear the watch.

Enjoy it.

The End.

@tyrantlizardrex are u really sure 🤪

For me i imagine the following story behind this dial
... it was a nice summer evening and sir isaac newton invented the gravity ( thanks isaac :whipped:) ahh no wrong story.
There were 5 dials made for a holy grail, each species got one to split the force in it. This one was the dial to rule them all and should be brought to an indian footpainter to paint a unique prototypo dial. It was a loooooooooong way full of obstacles for the dial to get there .... blablala story.... and then the donkey married the dragon and they had super funky kids ...

I think i somehow lost track ....

Sounds plausible.

I think it would interest everyone to know that this dial was purchased from an extremely well respected OF member whose name everyone here would immediately know. I have purchased other rare parts from him, as well.
