I have searched high and low and have not seen one like this. Does anybody have any info on it? please excuse my lack of knowledge but it seems as if the case opens from the top. Thanks for the help!

 

its a redial. thats why you could not find matching examples.

 

That's what I figured unfortunately. but because of who it came from it might have had a chance at something good oh well!

 

so did Omega ever make a dial like this or did somebody else to create this and put it in the watch? the previous owner had the watch for a very long time before I acquired it withthe previous owner had the watch for a very long time before I acquired it. was this common practice in the past to refinish it dial different than it was originally? thank you for the help

I think it's a normal dome dial but the re finisher turned it into a tu tone dial with brush finish in 2 directions.
Looks funny and not collectible
