Rallygraf Super puzzle for the Yema experts

So, a local seller has offered me his vintage "barn find" Yema Rallygraf Super, which is one of my "grail" watches. Insides look good (Val. 7736) and caseback is correct. But the dial is a bit odd:
1. The flags are below the hands (common on the two-register Rallye, but not on the Super).
2. It says "Incabloc" and "17 Jewels" (never seen that on any version of the Rally before, but it's on my Meangraf Super)
3. "France" is on the bottom of the central dashboard, rather than on the bottom of the full dial.
4. Also, no "Rally" or "Rally Super" anywhere.
5. On the subdials, the arrowhead hand is typically on the just top right, or bottom center AND top right, but not just bottom center.

I think it just might be a very early or transitional version with a bit of rescue work (which the seller freely admitted to), but wanted the opinion of the experts!

i am not an expert but you can compare it to the one i have for sale here (ebay auction that ends soon)

https://omegaforums.net/threads/yema-rallygraf-super.104875/

in my experience there are a lot of yema variations that have not really been cataloged. i once had a yachtingraf that had all sorts of crazy variations

that one does appear to be original to me for sure.

i do think the right subdial hand is not correct and should have an arrow

Just to put a coda on this. I sent images of the watch, inside, out, caseback, etc. to the Yema folks and they confirmed authenticity all around, including the subdial hands, crown, and pushers (!). They indicated it was likely a very early model, possibly even the first year of production, and for the French market rather than export--hence the unorthodox placement of the victory flags below the hands, the absence of the more typical "Rallygraf" and "Super" designation, and the "France" on the central subdial. Given its pristine and unpolished condition (aside from some futzing around the right-hand subdial) it seems this was either a case-queen or possibly a display model. Whatever the provenance, happy me!
