Orford Ness, perhaps built 1960s for bomb(A)-targeting research.
Fishing town (well, Doh!) North-East coast of England.
L-R Brake and Gear levers for 1920's sporty car. Don't think that lockwire on the gearlever is period correct.

All good answers.
1. Holiday home at Dungeness, Kent (S East corner of UK) on site of former RAF base - known for experimentation in acoustic mirrors as a means of early warning. Superceded by the invention of Radar during the war. The speakers on the right that would not look out of place on a Notting Hill Soundsystem is in fact a fog horn.
2. Fishing Town, yes! But this one is Hastings, Kent where William the Bastard of Normany successfully conquered England with about 5,000 troops.
3. Aston Martin Halford Special, notable for being the first turbocharged car which won two Brooklands Outer Circuit races in 1926. Levers are definately associated with the cable braking system. The ratchet mechanism suggests a park brake.
