It’s an inner stairwell inside this building, which is right under the Golden Gate Bridge, as you can see in my photo below. The building is the Fort Point National Historic Site.

In my film photo below, you can see a small glimpse of the exterior of the building. It is definitely an interesting site to walk through with lots of fun views.

This tower is in a secluded almost private feeling beach in Laguna, California. Only accessible during low tide as the rocks in the foreground become submerged. @gmmy775 I now live close to SF but I’m from SoCal and my uncle lives on the beach, so when I was old enough to have my own car, I spent as much time at and around the beach as I could, exploring.
