Rado President redial or genuine?

Found this rather cool watch at a good price. It is automatic, but with no mention of this on the dial.

I can’t find any other photos of a similar dial. The background is a featureless matte black. Do you vote for redial or original?

Not a Rado expert, but it looks off. To me it looks like a redial.

It also seems that some printing underneath the Rado name was scratched/rubbed off.

Well spotted, @Geezer, it is near invisible for the naked eye, but it stands out clearly in the photo and under my loupe. Thanks!
