Questions about Omega Speedmaster 145.014 Racing dial? Ring patterns under chronograph hands or not?

Sorry to bother you gurus with this post.
I am considering an Omega 145.014 Racing dial watch (serial number starting with 32, indicating year of 1970) from Chrono24. The seller is a dealer from Japan with almost 5 out 5 feedbacks with more than 100 positive reviews. The conversation with the seller is very smooth so far. The watch looks fine, runs fine (seller shared the timegrapher pictures) and the owner is wiling to share with me close-up pictures of the dial. The attached, please find one of those pictures of the dial. However, I do have a few questions/suspicions:
(1). I don't see the clear thin ring/circle patterns under the three choronograph hands. If I zoomed in, it seems that there are some vague ring/circle patterns, especially under 60-seconds chronograph hand. I do find a few watches of the same model sold on this forum do have very crisp ring/circle patterns. For example: https://omegaforums.net/threads/1972-omega-speedmaster-mkii-racing-dial-145-014-serviced.27701/ and https://omegaforums.net/threads/stunning-omega-speedmaster-markii-145-014-with-racing-dial.61218/.
My question is: do all 145.014 original dials have such ring/circle patterns or those patterns only with certain year but not all of the years who this model was produced. I asked the owner whether he/she can see the ring/circle pattens, he/she said that he/she could not notice. The first picture is the watch that I am considering. The second picture is the example from a sold watch on this forum previously. You can see the ring/circle pattern.
(2). Is this dial a refurnished dial? or repainted dial? For example, one of white ticks between 10 o'clock and 11 o'clock was discontinued (please see the red circle on the picture). And the thickness of some white ticks seems to not very uniform.
I would appreciate your suggestions and inputs very much!

Think the circles are there, just not a good photo. Blow it up real big.

I've always wondered why some circles are crisp and others not. Is it just the way they come out when manufactured? Is there a reason why some are so pronounced and others so subtle?

Probably some simply having slightly heavier paint. When the detail is this fine it wouldn't take much extra.

Thanks a lot for your input! Yes, the picture does show a hint of circles if blowing up. Maybe just as you suggested, the paint was thicker on this dial. The seller told me that he could not find the circles. I guess that he was also based on the picture. I am asking the seller to use a magnifier to check the circle through his/her eyes, not the cell phone lens. Probably, the visibility of the circles depends on the lighting and the viewing angle.
Just one more question: I feel the tachymeter numbers on the mineral glass was a little bit of strange (including the fonts). Everything seems to be thicker than those letter/numbers on some 145.014 models displayed in this forum. What do you think about this? Thank again!

It is a very nice watch. Of course now depend of the price for which you shake hand with the seller. I also own this model in the past but it did not have such a clear dial. In case you will buy it, enjoy it.

Replacement mineral glasses have been inconsistent over the years in the thickness and printing of numbers. Replacements all look different to an original glass.
