Question about Tissot 2481 (Omega 1481) Dial Spacer

Hello everyone,
I just serviced a Tissot 2481 and it is running beautifully again.
BUT.. when I just wanted to fit the dial, I realised that the "dial spacer ring" or "dial support ring" is cracked (it is a plastic one).
I need the following part:

On my search for a replacement I was not very sucessfull if I would not get a full donor movement.

I found this part on cousins tho:
"Dial rest" sounds good but I can't find any pictures online..

Does anyone have an idea if that could be what I need or if that is rather the little friction fit sleeve for the dial feet holes?
I am a bit puzzled because for the Omega the is this part: Dial Fixer, Omega 1480 6208 - which is exactly this little sleeve.
