Question about Speedmaster Hour Register Alignment

I picked up a Speedy FOIS a couple of month's back before they were discontinued. I love the watch! My question is I recently noticed that the hour sub register alignment seems slightly off. I took a picture of it at the 3 hour mark, but each hour seems to have this degree of variance.

Is this normal for the 1861 movement? Do others notice this on their watches as well?
