Question about Omega Trésor, Cal: 344 Ref: OJ 2709

I have question about the mentioned Omega watch - I am about to buy this watch (700 euro) but need help to determine if it seems OK or not. The case is in 14k gold. All the references I have seen from this model, including information from the official Omega site states its should be 18K. See: https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-tresor-omega-ot-2709

On top of that, the indexes doesn't seem to be the same I have seen on watches with the same reference.

Any help - does the watch seem OK?

There's just this one picture you provided.

Dial looks like a redial to me.

I only have this picture of this watch as I haven't bought it yet.

The inner markings of the dial with the indexes looks weird. It seems like a redial as you said.

Couldn't begin to give any kind of evaluation based on that photo.

It might be one picture, but the picture of the dial is very clear atleast - good focus and exposure and well enough to determine if the dial seems good or not atleast.
