·Hello to everyone. Hope you are well during these difficult times in the world. I have a question and would appreciate the precious knowledge from the group: I recently acquired this Omega De Ville Electronic Chronometer f300 Hz and when I opened it to see the movement it has an Omega movement marked 1255 and ESA 9162.
From what I have read in other internet sites, this model should have the Omega movement marked 1250 (ESA 9162) as the 1255 (ESA 9210) was the Chronograph variant.
What do you think happened in this watch? Did someone change the plate or did Omega just made a scramble in this watch?
As a side note I wanted to share the bracelet in this watch is marked "Hecho en México" (made in Mexico) which through another internet research I have found it was a genuine bracelet made for the Latin American and US market (with the J/M marking).
Thanks in advance for your input!
