It’s a watch. From the quality and detail of the photo that about it unless I bust out my tarot cards and I charge $50 an hour for fortune telling.

It might be a nice watch but you're going to need to help us out with better photos, including the inside of the case back and movement.
I'm guessing you have a nice heirloom. But if you want good information from the forum, you will need more and better photos, from all sides, including the inside of the case-back and the movement. Make sure the photos are high resolution and in-focus, so all printing is clear and legible. The tiny, blurry, shadowy photos are no good.
Looks to be in generally good condition, actually. Going by the $2300 thread, bad pictures make it more desirable. I hope you are going to keep it. Have it serviced by an independent watchmaker, not Omega.
