Wondering about your experience with PVD and/or DLC services. I'm interested in having my beater chrono coated, and have found a few places online, but would love to know if anyone here has had a good experience they'd like to share.

Just FYI - PVD is a process, and DLC is a coating. DLC is applied using the PVD process.

So really what you are asking is about coatings applied by PVD, that include DLC, but there are others certainly. So if you are seeking feedback, you will have to know what specific coating was applied to determine if the wear characteristics are of use to you.
