·Hi everyone,
That's the first vintage Omega I've bought, and I'm really enjoying it. The Teddington series was reserved for the Brazilian market and is called like that after the Teddington observatory, where the precision of the watches of several brands was tested. I've verified that the case corresponds to the Teddington series (2271), that the movement is the correct one (265) and that the year when the movement was made is 1952, a year when this specific kind of dial was used pretty often by Omega. The gilt star identifies this watch as being part of the Teddington collection. On other models you see a red star, this one is rarer. What do you guys think about it? Thanks!
