··Oooo subtitles!I suspect that is a replacement dial and wasn’t fitted in period. I could be wrong but the font looks later than 68-69 and I have never seen that style of Chronostop before. That said there were some weird variations sold in some markets. Italy and Japan for instance.

I'm with padders on this.
The case should be radial brushed round the crystal so I would say a refinished redialed watch.
