Well, I just purchased a 93150 Bracelet.
Pictures showed an original and NOS bracelet with Clasp code OP3.

Seller has lots of positive references, sells lots and lots of Rolex parts and seemed trustworthy.
I paid via PayPal with buyers protection.

When I received the bracelet today it did not have the OP3 Clasp mounted but a definitely fake Clasp (at least the buckle is fake) with Clasp code s9.

I contacted PayPal than and tried to get my money back.

The seller contacted me claiming it was a mistake and that he would ship the original Clasp with Clasp code OP3 - please see pictures - to me.

Of course the seller is a dork for shipping fake stuff - but:
Are the other parts (Endlinks, Links, diving extension,...) Original?

Would you agree to that deal (keeping the received item + the other clasp?

Thank you!

The 93150 engraving is definitely off. So are those end pieces. No doubt a fake.

I would return the whole thing. If the seller sent you a bracelet with a fake clasp, guess what, the whole bracelet is in question.

Yours on the bottom pic..

Seller just offered to send a completely different bracelet which he claims is all original - and I should ship back this one.

Get a refund and shop elsewhere. Don't go down that rabbit hole. He's burned...

One more thing. Don't skimp on the expense. 93150s, even if plentiful, are expensive. So there's tons of fakes out there. Spend a little more and buy one from a reputable seller.

Guess I will take this advice. Thank you.
Never had to use paypal buyers protection - hope it all works out.
Good thing is, he already stated on paypal (chat) that he shipped the wrong bracelet etc.
So at least I don't have to proof that...

Yes...did you fund with a credit card? That would be a double protection..

Well, it is not that this was cheap. I paid good money for that.
Guess I just keep my old 93150 and ship it to klokkeland etc to repair stretch...

No via bank wire/paypal.
But he already sent me 8 messages since I opened the case - so I guess buyers protection should work out (and he seems to know...).

What I don't get: this guy has XXX positive references (and not one negative) on ebay - sells only rolex stuff (dials, bracelets, watches,...)... well, well, well..

I was saying that because many look for bargains with these and unless you're lucky, there ain't any!

I would go with the refurbish option for sure. Nothing like the original.

Hmmm...Me think many got screwed or he uses a whole lot of shills. This time he got caught with his pants down. I wouldn't hesitate to call him out so he doesn't pull this crap with another unsuspecting buyer.

I paid almost 1k for it...
So definitely no cheapy...
My 16800 is first owners and was only serviced at Rolex with period correct bracelet, the right clasp code, etc. It has lots of stretch though... but at least I would know what I got.
Thanks for the eye-opener!

Seller is definitely a smart-ass... he just told me to close the paypal case because he would like to send me the money later per family and friends because this way it is without fees....
Now I know he's an idiot that just tries to scam... Sure I will give a warning on his ebay...

Oh. This guy is bad news. Demand to get your refund first and then send the item back. I would not trust anything this seller says.

This is why you get stuff on eBay. For protection!
