So this 3572.50 has a 90's case and 2K+ (but correct) movement. What is the most likely reason?

Is this a trick question? Because someone put a movement into a case where it doesn't belong...

Haha, probably worded this incorrectly.. the question was more in the lines of was it a service replacement? Or someone using an old "surplus" movement?

Omega would not leave 2 serial numbers on one watch...

So donor 1863 movement used to fix another 3572.50, by someone other than Omega? Is this considered a Franken?
