I think that depends on what you mean by ‘this’?
The cyclops crystal or the combination of gold on gold, 5-row BOR on a cross-hair, dome-dial, dogleg, Connie?
(Is the case gold or gold-cap?)
The pic isn’t great but it does look as though the dial has been redone unfortunately.

I can show you this wonderful Omega Cal. 26.5 from 1926!

There is only a small dent on the dial below the hands, apart from that the watch is in a very good condition!

Nice Ranchero examples are relatively hard to come by. Original pink gold Rancheros may be even more unusual
