There is a watch I'm following but the ebay auction ends at 3am my time, and while I like it, I dont like it enough to get out of bed at that time. I have heard mention here of sniping sites, does anyone have any recomendations?
    thanks
    Shaun

I use auctionsniper first 3 successful snipes free, after that a 1% fee, capped at $10 (I think it is )

I use gixen - it always gets my snipes in and is free.... I never used sniping engines until the time i put in a large bid for something, and watched the next highest bidder who id just displaced put in additional, higher and higher bids. If id sniped he wouldn't have had a chance to do that and although it wouldn't have changed the result - i won, he lost - it would have cost me a lot less. Now i always snipe, even for a couple of pounds.

I've been using eSnipe for years. It is a paid service but very reliable.

Gixen.com is a free service that placed bids 5 sec. before the end of the auction. Only works for eBay though. For a $6 membership (one-time payment) you get access to an adjustable secondary server that can take that down to the last second if you want.

I use the free service and it has never let me down.

jBidwatcher, the only downside is you need to leave your computer up and running.
