    Hi ΩF

In this boring confinement times, selling/buying watches is de facto getting more complicated but trading allows to keep the collections evolving without having big money involved.

For trade comes a pre-professional Transitional 105.002-62 Speedmaster, produced in June 1963 and delivered to Switzerland.

More information about the watch itself here : https://speedmaster101.com/105-002/
Also some useful information on the production numbers here : https://www.watchbooksonly.com/arti...view-of-the-speedmaster-moonwatch-production/

I am uploading high-res photographs, untouched, unbalanced, unedited. If you would like to see anything else, please ask.

The dial is in a good conservation condition, considering its age. Some darker spots but no damage real damage or scratches whatsoever. Lume missing on one of the dots around the 12 marker, and only partially missing at 1 and 3. I am not a relume guy - would never touch this - but I could understand if somebody thinks otherwise.

The Alpha hands are tritium, they have the same behavior as the lume plots on the dial, under UV. Chrono hand with a Tritium insert, as it should.

A rather nice DON bezel. The insert has one single chip between 85 and 90 and the bezel itself has some very light marks of wear, nothing I can call damage.

Small pushers and the period correct 24 teeth Flat Feet crown.

The case is great, it's fat and you can see that it hasn't been messed up with. It has traces of wear but no damage. Facets well present and visible on the lugs. I've worn this watch (carefully but) a lot, it's been probably one of the straight lugs Speedmasters I've worn most.

Below, everything is in the same great shape. Beautiful lugs, crisp and well conserved engraving, double bevel...

Under the hood obviously the reference bnumber and a super clean calibre 321 movement. The movement was serviced by Romain from www.atelier-h13.ch in 2019, is still covered by a mechanical warranty till end of June 2020. Note : it is a 57yrs old watch and its water resistance wasn't tested and isn't guaranteed.

The watch is advertised on a vintage leather strap from www.bandrbands.com with a signed stainless steel buckle.

Extract from the Omega Archives included. Note that a lot of 105.002s don't get an Extract because the serial falls into a range that's been lost by Omega in an burning years ago. This watch was produced for the Swiss market and the data come from Gameo Archives, Gameo was the swiss distributor for Omega back then. Their records haven't been lost, luckily.

What you see is what you get.

    Cons :

    - The lume on the dial aged in a way which may appear unattractive to some of you

    Pros :

    - Everything is coherent and original, movement clean / recently serviced and good for a while
    - Mechanical warranty till end of June 2020 by Romain ( www.atelier-h13.ch )
    - Overall condition, Alpha hands

    Terms and conditions :

I am a private collector and I am looking for a balanced trade. Considering all the details of my watch above, I estimate the trade value of this watch to be around 20k USD. I am ready to discuss it - the goal being to balance the potential deal so that both parties are happy with it and only the shipping costs involved represent the real cost of the transaction for both of us.

I am interested into potential trades for iconic vintage watches from Omega and other brands. Some ideas of watches I’d be happy to get in a trade :

    - Other Omega Speedmaster not too common references or common ref. but full set
    - Zenith A386
    - Heuer Carrera 2446 (3rd)
    - Breguet Type 20
    - JLC Polaris Memovox
    - Omega 33.3
    - AP Royal Oak 37mm
    - Rolex Sub 5513
    - Universal Geneve Chronos

A potential trade deal can be balanced with more watches or cash both ways. Keep in mind that if we have a trade, shipping and import costs might be involved for both parties. I am located in Switzerland. I am shipping fully insured to wherever Fedex can deliver and can help in arranging your shipping, too - you'd only have to prepare the package, print out the paperwork and hand it over to the Fedex driver.

Returns are accepted only if grossly misrepresented. You will get what you see in these pictures which are of a decent quality, unedited and high resolution, so I don't believe there is any chance of misrepresentation. To avoid wasting time and money for both parties involved, ask for special details or angles you want to see better, prior trading.

Thanks ΩF for the space

Added a paragraph with ideas for potential trades. I will consider trade proposals either for different vintage Omegas or vintage chronographs from other brands. :)

Listing adjusted accordingly. Who wants to consider a trade? :)
