Serviced 285 cal about 36hr after full wind (55-60turns).
561, 564 and even 562 keep ticking easily after 40hr (no main spring replaced in my possession)

good info! Btw, I do give my auto and manual watches a good wind if they have been sitting and out of power

My caliber 752 movement from 1969 just got serviced. Both before and after with a full wind it lasts ~49 hours just sitting on the desk, which seems within reasonable distance of the original rated ~50 hours. In general I am not hugely active during a normal day, so once I day I usually give it a bit of a wind up.

Look if all you want is the specified power reserve for a given Omega movement, the best resource available to those of us outside the authorised network is Dr R Ranfft. Not completely error free but not bad at all. Better than the OVD on that score for instance and rather more detailed. Here is the sheet for the Omega 352, search onwards from that.:
