poste italiane is ok, as other courier : there are all "sons of the same mother"... in this time it takes maybe longer while the Xstmas. But the best option to track the shipping is on the site of the Poste's partner (on the arrival destination).

@DG GW and @cristos71 Worked in a international parcel centre for a few years in Sydney and Christmas actually starts on the 1st of December and ends half way through Febuary ( add to that customs officials holidays and days off for Christmas new year ) postal workers were still processing parcels with Christmas presents up to March. Also once they opened the parcel if needed they had to unwrap the presents before they could be looked at by government officials.

@DG GW you need to contact FedEx and supply a way of paying duty before anything happens by the looks of your screenshot.

ITS COMING GUYS

Are you suggesting I turn around? Only another 221 hours and I'll be there....馃榿

1000km that's a 8hr drive for me (with few jerrycans if I turned back)

Edit: actually less than eight as I would reach the unlimited section of the Stuart highway 馃槣馃槣 ( as seen on Top Gear )

So how long would it take you to drive that distance on the map you marked ??

I only bought once from Italy. I heard all the horror stories of there postal system were stuff get lost and stolen. So I paid extra for FedEx only bad thing about FedEx is every time I have any thing come from over seas using them I get stuck with custom fees. But with local postal service or UPS that never happens in the USA for over sea shipments.

@DG GW Have you been contacted by FedEx ? DO you know if seller provided a watch form in the documents ? If I were you I would contact FedEx.

If the watch forms were missing it would be a different message - this is asking for a form with your SSN on it so they can finish the import and charge you the fees.
