Tough crowd to please this morning.🙁
My understanding is that 2913-1s were available in either type of bezel. Original owner’s family was quite sure that the watch did not originate with a CD bezel.

However, just to cover myself, I have my “spare” 2913-1 which has an original, though worn, CD bezel.😁

great time and history capsule 👍

nope -1 to -3 (so broad arrows) had the countdown bezel, omega introduced the new 10-50 bezel after feedback from divers along with the luminous seconds hand (as a security feature to show that the watch is running)

as I understand it the -3 was a transitional period and came with either depending on the date it was manufactured.

And based on nothing more than my observations, the -3 sub reference was made for a longer period of time and far greater numbers than any others.

a few more pics of the 1st 2913-3 (born 11.10.1959)

love the sunken hour markers on the 2913's...this reference really shines when sunlight hits the dial. The dials almost have a golden brown tone in the light.
