Thanks bgrisso, the case is 14kt gold Which was unusual for me as I’ve seen many in GF cases.

It’s way better looking in person. Probably time to invest in a light box as My phones camera can’t do it justice.

Two weekends ago i was visiting a fleamarket and bought some watches.
One of them was a Universal where the steem and crown was missing.
Thought the dial was a little bit different and yesterday the watchmaker send me some bad photos of the project and he told me its ready next week.
Dial is made in 2 pices cal is 264 and messures 34mm from aprox 1945.

never seen something like this. What is the reference and serial ? Assume there is a UG logo on the inside caseback?

Im travelling and on iPhone but belive backcase nr is visable on big screen.

My
Watchmaker found another one in my sparepart box.
I get back to you when the watch is back from service.
Funny construction and 2 of them in a week!

interesting, thanks for pics. I've never seen this setup before, but the components look good. Have you ever seen another one of these case reference before? Also, what is the case reference and serial of the second example you have, can you provide pics of that one as well?

Picked this cal. 264 ref.10917 up from Chrono24 serial dates it to 1939/40.
